Chris has over 20 years experience in strategic planning, financial management, marketing, sales, new business development, team management / development, government tenders and corporate consulting. Chris has worked with both private and government organisations in many diverse industries including manufacturing, retail, wholesale, government owned corporations, export, not for profit, franchising, media and business services. Chris has held senior management roles with Nestle Australia, Rowntree Hoadley, and Golden Casket Lotteries, and has worked with many other organisations including Queensland State Government, Brisbane's Royal Children’s Hospital, Visy, Kimberley Clarke, Uncle Bens, Channel 7/ 9/ 10, Brisbane's Austereo network (B105, 4MMM), Queensland Newspapers (Courier Mail), and Murdoch Publications.
    
Chris has attained success within each of the roles he has fulfilled. Some highlights include;

• Successfully managed a team of 21 staff to achieve three consecutive annual sales turnover budget targets in excess of $720 Million and operational profits of over $52 Million.
• Fulfilled key strategic management roles in five separate organisations responsible for strategic planning, culture development, corporate system development, and team management.
• Responsible for the strategic development of key projects in the areas of retail distribution, community benefits/ not for profit marketing, new product development, and new system implementation projects.
• Fulfilled a key role within new business development, export, and acquisition teams for Nestle Australia leading to the growth of new business assets for the organisation in excess of $150 Million.

Some more recent results achieved as a Brisbane based business coach and consultant with ABC include assisting a Brisbane printing organisation to grow sales by 85+% whilst growing gross profit results by 170%, the fulfilment of the roles of Chief Financial Officer and General Manager for a number of sizeable Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Moreton Bay organisations across Queensland, working with a number of promising new Brisbane and Queensland organisations to receive government grants to develop and implement business growth plans for their businesses, and working closely with several local (Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Logan and Redland Bay), State (Queensland) and Federal government departments to provide training, mentoring, and small business program development support over a two year period.
